El Mirage ships within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. All orders are packed by hand and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of being placed.

Where We Ship

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time. If you would like to be notified when we expand to other destinations, please contact us at elmirageofficial@gmail.com.

Shipping Rates & Times

Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.65. Estimated delivery 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.65. Estimated delivery 1 to 2 working days from dispatch.

Please note: delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Once a parcel leaves our hands, it is in the custody of the postal service. We will provide a tracking number for every order.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched. This email will include your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel through Royal Mail.

If you have not received a confirmation email within three working days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, please contact us at elmirageofficial@gmail.com with your order number. Royal Mail considers a UK parcel lost only after 10 working days. We are unable to issue a replacement or refund before this timeframe has passed.

Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you and you will be responsible for the cost of re-dispatch.
